Zeinab is a Rehabilitation Practitioner with a background in clinical exercise science and experience working across hospital, community and private rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals through early-stage recovery and longer-term rehabilitation. She works with a wide range of clients, helping them improve mobility, rebuild strength and confidence, and return to meaningful daily activities following illness or injury.
She began her career in a hospital-based Reablement service, supporting individuals in the early stages of recovery following acute illness or injury. Here, she delivered tailored rehabilitation programmes focused on restoring independence, improving functional movement and supporting safe transitions back into daily life. Alongside this, she developed her skills as an exercise instructor, with a particular focus on cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Alongside her clinical work, Zeinab has also supported private clients with a range of needs, achieving meaningful outcomes through structured, personalised programmes — including supporting individuals to progress from being bed-bound to returning to activities such as travel and holidays. Her sessions are tailored, goal-focused and designed to build confidence, independence and long-term physical capacity.
In her current role within a community neurorehabilitation team, Zeinab supports individuals with neurological conditions, orthopaedic injuries and age-related decline. Her experience includes working with people with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, dementia, balance and mobility difficulties, as well as those recovering from hip and knee replacements and fractures. Her approach combines exercise-based rehabilitation with hands-on treatment, including sports massage, to support movement, reduce discomfort and improve overall function.
Zeinab is passionate about delivering patient-centred rehabilitation that is practical, supportive and meaningful, helping individuals build confidence in their abilities, stay engaged with their rehabilitation and maintain independence over time.
