Peterborough and Surrounding Areas

Rebecca began her career as a personal trainer and yoga practitioner, embracing a personalised approach to fitness that caters to individual needs. She soon specialised in working with older adults as well as pre- and post-natal clients, showcasing her dedication to supporting a wide range of populations.

For two years, Rebecca worked in the UK’s only male and female prison gyms, where she introduced trauma-informed yoga practices and collaborated closely with the mother and baby unit and rehabilitation clients. This unique experience greatly deepened her understanding of trauma, recovery, and the importance of compassionate care.

During her time in the prison system, Rebecca also mentored a learner at the Matt Hambo Foundation who had lost the use of his lower limbs. Together, they adapted training sessions to his needs, helping him successfully achieve both Level 2 and Level 3 personal training qualifications.

Committed to continuing her professional development, Rebecca later completed qualifications in GP Referral and Managing Long-Term Conditions, further broadening her expertise in supporting clients with diverse health challenges.
