Phil began his fitness journey by completing his Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2017. Since then, he has built a strong portfolio of further certifications, including GP Referral, Pre/Post Natal Training, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning, Biomechanics, and training for Long-Term Neurological Conditions. Phil has also completed the Wright Foundation Exercise with Long-Term Neurological Conditions course, further enhancing his expertise in this area.

With experience working alongside a diverse range of clients with varying needs and abilities, Phil has developed a keen understanding of how to tailor his approach to suit each individual. A passionate sports enthusiast, he specialises in strength and conditioning, improving movement and athleticism, as well as mobility and flexibility. Phil utilises a variety of training methods and techniques but always embraces a holistic approach to fitness and healthy living.

Phil firmly believes that every client is unique. By adapting to each person’s specific needs and personality, he strives to help them achieve their fitness goals effectively and sustainably. His ultimate aim is to support others in reaching their full physical potential and living a healthy, active life.
