Phil undertook his level 3 personal training qualification in 2017 and since then has obtained further qualifications including GP referral, pre/post natal training, level 4 strength and conditioning, biomechanics, long-term neurological conditions training among others. Since starting work in the fitness industry Phil has trained many different clients with varying needs and abilities. Being a keen sports person he tends to specialise in strength and conditioning, improved movement and athleticism, mobility and flexibility using a variety of training methods and techniques, although Phil does like to approach things holistically when it comes to fitness and healthy living. Phil believe's it is important to be able to adapt to each client's particular needs and personality in order to help them reach their fitness goals as no two clients are the same. His aim is to help others reach their full fitness and physical potential and live a healthy and active life.
