Paulina recently graduated from the University of Gloucestershire, earning a 2:2 classification in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy. With eight years of experience working in the gym environment, she has developed strong expertise as both a gym manager and exercise referral instructor.

Her hands-on approach and dedication to client progress have helped many people improve their health and regain function. In addition to her client work, Paulina has successfully managed a small team of fitness instructors, fostering a supportive and motivated environment.
