Paulina recently graduated from the University of Gloucestershire, gaining a 2nd classification

in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy. She has eight years of experience working in the gym as a

gym manager and exercise referral instructor, mainly designing and delivering

rehabilitations programs and managing a small team of fitness instructors.
