Olivia is an Adaptive Personal Trainer with a strong passion for inclusive fitness, accessible movement, and helping individuals build confidence through exercise. With over five years of experience working within mainstream gyms and leisure centres, she has supported a wide range of individuals in improving strength, increasing confidence, and developing sustainable healthy lifestyles through personalised, supportive coaching. Her experience within the fitness industry has naturally evolved into a specialist interest in adaptive and inclusive fitness, leading her to work closely within the amputee community to help create more accessible opportunities for movement, sport, and wellbeing. Alongside her coaching work, Olivia currently works within an amputee charity, supporting individuals through community engagement, adaptive activity, and inclusive fitness experiences designed to promote confidence, independence, and connection.Olivia believes that fitness should never be “one size fits all.” Her coaching approach focuses on adapting exercise and movement to suit each individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle, ensuring sessions feel achievable, welcoming, and empowering from the very beginning. She works with individuals of all abilities, including complete beginners, people with limb difference or disability, and those returning to exercise after time away, helping them build long-term confidence in movement and physical activity.Through personalised coaching, Olivia combines functional strength training, mobility work, endurance-based exercise, and mindset support to help clients feel stronger both physically and mentally. Her sessions are designed to be realistic, motivating, and sustainable, creating an environment where individuals feel supported, encouraged, and capable of progressing at their own pace.Alongside personal training, Olivia qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist in May 2025, allowing her to further support clients with recovery, mobility, muscle maintenance, and overall physical wellbeing. Her combined understanding of fitness, rehabilitation-focused movement, and recovery enables her to provide a more holistic and supportive approach to health and exercise.Beyond one-to-one coaching, Olivia is deeply passionate about building community through adaptive sport, wellbeing events, and inclusive outdoor experiences. She actively supports opportunities that encourage people to connect, challenge themselves, and experience movement in ways that feel enjoyable and accessible. Whether within gym environments, community initiatives, or adaptive activity events, her mission remains the same: helping people realise that fitness belongs to everyone.
