Lisa G

NORTH

Rochdale, Shaw, Oldham and Surrounding Areas

Lisa began her journey in the fitness industry 8 years ago, initially teaching kettlebell classes and quickly discovering a passion for helping people improve their health through movement. This led her to qualify in Exercise Referral, paving the way for a more specialised career in rehabilitation.

For the past two years, Lisa worked as a Senior Exercise Referral Specialist at Active Tameside, where she gained extensive experience supporting clients with a wide range of health conditions. During this time, she achieved Level 4 qualifications in Obesity & Diabetes, Back Care, and BACPR Cardiac Rehabilitation, along with additional certifications in Menopause & Movement and Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Risk.

Lisa now runs her own micro gym, where she focuses on empowering individuals dealing with musculoskeletal issues, back pain, diabetes, and pre/post-operative hip and knee rehabilitation. She is passionate about the life-changing impact of exercise and feels privileged to support her clients in regaining confidence, strength, and independence on their journey to better health.
