Our Personal Trainers

Jack D
SOUTH WEST
Cheltenham
Jack first entered the world of health and fitness after joining the Royal Marines at a young age. Following five years of military service, he maintained a strong personal commitment to training. His career direction shifted after sustaining a long-term shoulder injury, which he successfully rehabilitated through structured strength and movement-based training. That experience sparked a deeper interest in how the body adapts, recovers and rebuilds capacity.
He later gained his coaching qualifications in Australia, where he worked alongside high-level CrossFit athletes as a strength and conditioning coach before continuing his coaching career in the UK.
Since returning to the UK, Jack has developed his practice in Cheltenham, where he programmes strength and conditioning classes for a local independent functional fitness gym. Alongside this, he specialises in rehabilitation-focused functional training, supporting individuals returning to movement after injury and those managing longer-term conditions that impact physical function.
Within RMR Rehabilitation, Jack applies a structured and considered approach to strength and movement support. He is passionate about helping individuals understand not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it — building confidence, promoting safe progression and supporting long-term outcomes.
