Holding a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, India combines a deep understanding of both the physical and psychological aspects of training. Her approach as a Person-Centred Coach places you—the individual—at the heart of every coaching plan.

She focuses on creating supportive and effective programmes that are tailored to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
Over the years, India has expanded her expertise by gaining her GP Referral Qualification and a Level 4 Certificate in Working with Individuals with Low Back Pain. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including those managing long-term health conditions, helping them build habits that are sustainable, realistic, and empowering.
