Emily is a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor with a specialist interest in supporting older adults and individuals recovering from stroke. Having trained through the ARNI Institute in stroke rehabilitation, she combines evidence-based exercise principles with a highly personalised approach, helping clients improve mobility, confidence and physical function in a way that is both safe and meaningful to them.
Drawing on her background as a professional dancer, Emily has a deep understanding of movement and body awareness. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, understand how they move, and develop the strength, balance and confidence needed to achieve their individual goals. Whether supporting rehabilitation, improving mobility, or promoting long-term health and wellbeing, Emily believes that every programme should be tailored to the person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Emily places great importance on building strong relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand their abilities, challenges and aspirations. She is committed to creating a supportive and encouraging environment where individuals feel empowered to progress at their own pace. Her sessions are designed to be both achievable and appropriately challenging, helping clients maintain motivation while working towards sustainable improvements in health, fitness and independence.
Passionate about healthy ageing and longevity, Emily recognises the vital role that movement plays in maintaining quality of life. She values collaboration and client involvement throughout the rehabilitation journey, ensuring each person has a voice in shaping their goals and the support they receive. Through her compassionate and person-centred approach, Emily helps individuals build confidence, maximise their potential and achieve positive long-term outcomes.
