Paul began his career in the fitness industry over 11 years ago, initially driven by personal health goals. After earning a Diploma in Health, Fitness and Exercise Instruction in 2017, he went on to complete a BSc (Hons) in Applied Sport and Exercise Science.
Paul takes a holistic approach to exercise, health, and nutrition—supporting clients with a wide range of needs, including older adults, obesity, diabetes, mobility challenges, and mental health conditions. He designs personalised exercise plans tailored to each individual’s goals, needs, and preferences, helping to promote long-term adherence and improved quality of life.
With a personal passion for rehabilitation, Paul has supported family members with disabilities and mental health concerns, giving him a strong, empathetic foundation in client care. He is currently working toward registration with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR) and remains committed to evidence-based practice.
Paul’s mission is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and live more active, fulfilling lives.
