Lauren is an experienced Personal Trainer based in Kingston-upon-Thames, with a strong background in high-level sport and a passion for helping people build confidence, strength, and long-term wellbeing through movement.


After years competing as a high-level footballer, Lauren developed a deep appreciation for athletic performance, functional movement, and the positive impact fitness can have on everyday life. She later transitioned into the fitness industry, earning her Level 3 Personal Training qualification, alongside specialist credentials in Pre & Post-Natal Fitness, Long-Term Health Conditions, and Exercise Referral.


Lauren’s coaching style is grounded in positivity, empowerment, and building trust. She believes that fitness should feel accessible—not intimidating—and tailors every programme to the individual in front of her. Her approach centres on functional strength and movement quality, helping clients improve balance, mobility, coordination, and real-world resilience.


She has extensive experience supporting clients with long-term health conditions, guiding people back into exercise after pregnancy, and helping individuals rebuild strength and confidence after injury or setbacks. Lauren is known for creating a friendly, welcoming environment where clients of all ages and abilities feel supported, understood, and capable.


Lauren’s philosophy is simple: empower people to move better, feel stronger, and build a long-lasting, healthy relationship with exercise.
