Aggy has been a dedicated personal trainer and group fitness instructor for nearly 9 years, following a personal journey that saw her transform her lifestyle after working in a desk-bound role in the freight industry and living with obesity. Her experience inspired her to help others make lasting changes to their health and wellbeing.
She specialises in working with clients living with arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, obesity, and diabetes, drawing on her own experience of managing osteoarthritis. Aggy has completed advanced training, including a Level 4 qualification in Obesity and Diabetes, alongside further study in exercise support for chronic conditions and age-related health concerns.
In addition to her clinical specialisms, she works with a wide range of clients to support general fitness goals, including weight loss, improved mobility, strength and conditioning, and lifestyle coaching. She also delivers tailored sessions for children and older adults, promoting lifelong health through movement.
Aggy is passionate about making fitness accessible, inclusive, and empowering. Whether you're managing a long-term condition or looking to begin your own health journey, she brings real-world insight, compassion, and proven expertise to every session.
