Adaptive Personal Training

RMR Rehabilitation provides adaptive personal training and structured exercise provision within multidisciplinary rehabilitation pathways. We specialise in working with individuals with neurological conditions, spinal injury, amputee and other complex needs, as well as rehabilitation pre and post operation or injury.

Our Aim & Mission

Our mission is to deliver specialist exercise training to the highest standard, with the knowledge, determination and patience to support you on your journey. All our trainers are highly qualified and experienced in exercise and rehabilitation, DBS checked and fully insured. We work closely alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure your programme is guided by the best possible expertise.

Rehabilitation does not stop when clinical treatment ends. We bridge the gap between healthcare and long-term functional progression.
