Lisa is a qualified Level 3 Advanced personal Trainer, who also has a GP exercise referral qualification. She has experience working with individuals with neurological conditions such as MS, PD and Stroke. Lisa has a passion for everything related to health and fitness, She 15 years ago and has been working in the industry ever since helping many people along the way. She is currently completing a degree in L4 strength and conditioning and then going on to do a physiotherapy degree after.
