Greg is a dedicated personal trainer passionate about transforming lives through fitness. Specialising in bodyweight conditioning, strength, balance, and supporting clients with specific health concerns such as obesity, diabetes, and Parkinson’s disease, Greg brings a holistic and empathetic approach to his work.
His journey into fitness advocacy began after overcoming multiple surgeries and a serious car accident early in life. This personal experience fueled his passion for helping others, and in his early 30s, Greg committed himself to making a positive impact by guiding clients through their own recovery and fitness journeys.
Greg holds a Level 4 Personal Trainer certification, expertise in obesity and diabetes, and qualifications as an Exercise Referral Specialist. He has also completed the Reach Your Peak Exercise with Parkinson’s course, further enhancing his ability to support clients with neurological conditions.
Combining professional knowledge with firsthand understanding of living with pain and injuries, Greg creates tailored, effective programs that empower clients to improve their health, regain strength, and enhance their quality of life.
