Pauline Davies | Client
RMR Adaptive Personal Training has worked with me for 2 years. I had a serious head injury in 2000 & use an electric wheelchair.
I felt i was making no progress . . . .
Rowan has made a significant difference to my ability to transfer & to my feeling of self worth.
I look forward to his visits as he has such enthusiasm & understanding.

Rowan Morgan-Ruffley is a very professional and experienced personal trainer. He has worked with several of my clients, ranging from traumatic brain injury to complex orthopaedic injury, and has formed a great rapport with all of them. Rowan has worked alongside physiotherapists, working towards the client achieving their rehab goals and he has also worked independently with clients adapting and progressing their programmes as required.
Rowan is excellent at communicating to both clients and myself and most importantly my clients have improved and achieved their rehab goals with assistance from Rowan and his team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rowan for the last two years in his capacity as a physiotherapy assistant and a personal trainer. He is hard-working, enthusiastic and punctual. He shows great initiative and approaches his work with great professionalism. He is extremely well liked my all the clients that we have referred to him and also by all our staff. Rowan has great communication skills and we liaise regularly about mutual clients and their progress as well as making sure we carry out joint assessments and reviews as indicated. This ensures that the client benefits as much as they can from this specialist neuro-physiotherapy/personal trainer combination. Rowan’s qualifications, continuing professional development and interested in exercise for neurological conditions means he has a great understanding of client potential and possible limitations that these conditions can present.
I am a case manager and have worked with Rowan with a number of clients post brain injury. He has been a valued member of the team and willing to look at a person holistically and not only focus on his role. He has been willing to work jointly with physiotherapy which ensured good outcomes long term. His knowledge of brain injury has been a real asset. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
This is from Case manager who I’ve worked with recently. She unfortunately didn’t want me to use her name. But the other two will be happy for you to phone them if you want.
