Tony is a REPS level 3 accredited Personal Trainer and Rehabilitation Assistant (West Herts NHS Trust), with experience in strength rehabilitation and weight bearing rehabilitation, weight loss (Nutrition for weight management), 12-week transformation classes, Kettlebell conditioning, ViPR training, boxing for fitness (Shadow Box Instructor), group training, over 10 years’ experience in customer service and administration roles, 7 years in Personal Training and 2 years in Fitness Instruction.


Advanced Personal Training Diploma (REPS level 2 and 3)

ARNI/Middlesex University:

QUALIFICATIONS: Functional Rehabilitation and Training after Stroke Qualification (grade A)

Various CPD courses: Shadowbox Instructor, Powerplate level 1, ViPR training, Advanced PTA Global course, Kettlebell course, 2-day upper limb stroke rehab course (UCL)


Adaptive Personal Trainer 

Victoria has worked with a range of clients with differing chronic conditions including neurological and musculoskeletal. Victoria has worked with patients pre and post surgery, in rehabilitation and with those suffering from MS, Parkinson’s disease. Victoria shows a real emphasis on client education and the need to partake in structured exercise or rehab, and she works closely with individuals so they are continually learning about their body and the impact exercise can have on overall health. 

Victoria will be there every step of the journey in acheiveing new goals and overcoming barriers. 
Victoria has a First class degree in health and exercise science and also works as a personal trainer for those with chronic illnesses and cardiac patients.

Tony is a Level 4 qualified fitness instructor with a passion for making exercise inclusive for all, he is committed to helping everyone achieve their maximum health and fitness potential.
Tony is currently delivering community based exercise classes and working in a specialist disability exercise referral gym responsible for assessments, monitoring, planning and delivering 1:1 and group exercise classes for number of wide ranging disabilities and long term health conditions.

Lisa has a real passion for health and fitness and helping people through rehabilitation. She has had her own challenges in life so I really loves helping and giving lots of support to people Who really need it.
The passion she has is portrayed in her own hobbies in sports ,i.e - running.  She has competed at county level and also taken part in London marathons. 

Lisa has a National Diploma in Sports Science, and also has experience in working with individuals with sports injuries, cardiac rehabilitation, Neurological conditions, Amputee and osteoporosis patients.
